These are your tasks settlement of non-compliance: You are responsible for the independent, economically successful and legally secure execution of complex, needy engagements. Analysis & settlement strategy: You are analysing associated engagements, and you develop and control individual resolution and recovery strategies. Communication: You initiate and moderate discussions with all parties and develop viable contractual agreements. Asset management & collateral: You coordinate the legally secure recovery of receivables as well as the recovery of collateral, your know-how is in demand with the decision-making process. Regulatorik & Processes: You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as reporting and documentation requirements, and you can help develop processes. Collaboration: You work closely with your team as well as market, operating and staff areas and also actively support the digitization process. We wish you Qualification: You have a completed bachelor's degree in the banking, economic or legal environment or a bank or legal education with comparable qualifications. Professional experience: You bring at least five years of practical experience in the handling of complex, needy credit commitments. Legal knowledge: You have well-founded knowledge of insolvency, forced enforcement and forced auction law, additional legal expertise is beneficial. Professional system knowledge: You have experience in handling banking IT systems for credit and risk management. Customer and service orientation: You treat customer- and solution-oriented and connect with your strong entrepreneurial and responsible thinking. Working methods: You are characterized by an independent, structured and result/solution-oriented way of working and bringing German knowledge to the native language level (C2). Mobility: Mobile flexibility with regard to local courts within our business area. You can expect from us An annual salary between 59,000 - 87,000 Euro (TVöD-S, max. pay group E11) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your degree. 39 working hours per week and flexible working hours A temporary employment at first to about one year - flexible until the return of the current job owner The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
