• As an IT expert:in you enter our Managed Service customers and are the first respondent in demanding IT problems around Microsoft 365 technologies.

• You receive inquiries and fault messages via various communication channels (telephone, e-mail, ticket system) and process them efficiently.

• Safety-relevant topics in the customer landscapes are quickly recognized and work together with the customer's specialist areas on customized solutions.

• Complex disorders are analysing you thoroughly, identifying the causes and ensuring a sustainable remedy.

• Together with your team, you are constantly developing our automatisms and processes to make our services even better.

• Complete studies in computer science or a related subject, as an alternative a comparable training as a specialist:in

• At least 3 years of experience in handling Microsoft 365 technologies.

• Deep knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Exchange Online, EOP, hybrid email environments and Azure Virtual Desktop

• Powershell scripting know-how, especially in the Microsoft and M365 environment, is a big plus.

• Personally, we especially like your analytical skills, your pronounced problem-solving competence and your willingness to actively support our customers in challenging situations.
