Reception and team assistant for auditing / tax consulting (m/f/d)

At our location in Munich we are now looking for a reliable contact person who supports both the reception and the office area and likes the variety of tasks. Together with a colleague, you are responsible for administrative and organisational tasks at reception. You are the first contact point for our clients, both personally and by telephone, and represent our company to the outside. To coordinate and prepare our conference rooms for in- and external meetings, including guest reception and guest service, will give you pleasure. The processing of the daily mailing and mailing output including the collection of deadlines will help you easily. You deal with general correspondences and optimierst annual accounts, reports and offers in formal and stylistic terms. In addition, you will create professional PowerPoint presentations. Thanks to your distinctive organizational design, you can support the team in all activities and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. In addition, you will help with time tracking, facility and travel planning as well as ordering and managing office materials and kitchen supplies.
