What you do with us:

You analyze and optimize the legal workflows in the legal department. You shape processes and implement them to automate documents and improve work processes in the legal department. You use your creativity to use AI models (e.g. LLM, NLP) to extract valuable information from extensive data sets. You actively support the selection and implementation of the optimal tools for various applications, both internally and externally, to continuously improve our solutions. You continuously update our databases for contract patterns on our CLM platform and develop them to keep our users up to date.

You have gained experience in digital transformation projects within legal departments or law firms in the Legal Tech environment. You have an agile mindset and Jira and Scrum are not strange to you. You are open to No-Code/Low-Code applications or ideally have first experiences (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform/ PowerApps) You have ideally even basic knowledge of script languages and coding skills. You bring the ability to use technology to your advantage. You are characterized by high creativity, analytical thinking, problem-solving competence and decision-making. You have a well-founded knowledge and experience in market, trend and technology analysis, ideas and knowledge management as well as innovation methods and processes. You have strong communication and presentation skills and show a high degree of self-initiative.
