Here you do something Your role – surely move more As HSE Specialist / Technician, you are the first contact point for our employees and executives in all matters relating to occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection. You actively contribute your ideas, identify potential for improvement and accompany their implementation with commitment and expertise. You work closely with different departments and contribute significantly to a safe and healthy working environment. Independent implementation of security and internal audits to ensure compliance with relevant safety standards (e.g. LOTO). Active support in the creation and implementation of risk assessments. Maintenance and further development of safety-relevant documentation (e.g. operating and working instructions, instruction documents). Participation in the analysis and processing of accidents and safety-related events. Support in the development and introduction of new security measures. Advice and training of colleagues on safety-related topics and processes. Technical support in the implementation of instruction and safety trainings. Organisation and coordination of statutory audits and training (e.g. DGUV V3, PSA, first aid). Moderation of work protection meetings and continuous improvement processes (KVP).

That's what you bring Complete training as a specialist for occupational safety according to §3 ASiG or comparable qualification. Ideally complemented by a study in the field of occupational safety, engineering or electrotechnical training. First practical experience in the field of occupational safety and environmental management, preferably in an automated warehouse or production environment.
