The Studentenwerk Schleswig-Holstein is looking for one or more

SOCIAL ALPHABETICAL/R ASSISTENT/IN (M/W/D) IN PART TIME

or comparable qualified pedagogical specialist, for the team of the Kindertagesstätte für Studentenkinder Lübeck, Anschützstraße 9, 23562 Lübeck, in parttime (20.0 hours/week) & unlimited.

REQUIREMENTS

• technical observation and documentation of child development processes and accompanying children's self-training processes according to their topics
• Care, education and care of children in the institution
• Initiating cross-group educational impulses to accompany the child's self-training processes
• Design and support of pedagogical action according to the situation-oriented approach
• cooperative cooperation with parents
• constructive cooperation in the team
• active cooperation in service meetings, team training, quality management and continued design

PROFIL

• completed training with state recognition as a social education assistant or comparable qualification (acquired shortly)
