In order to successfully expand our car rental comparison, we are looking for you as (Junior) Digital Product Manager (m/w/d) at CHECK24 Comparator Portal Car Rental GmbH. We look forward to your application!

Working in the team: You are actively involved in our product management team from day one and work closely with IT, management and CHECK24-wide experts, for example for UX, UI and Data Science. Responsibility: You are responsible for the continuous development of the UX/UI of our car rental comparison in terms of user-friendliness, functionality and conversion optimization. Newest technologies such as Generative AI (e.g. ChatGPT) play a major role in this. Improve product: You actively test and analyze competition, market performance and technological trends such as AI to identify new product features and improvements Realizing ideas: you design new features, create appealing designs and concomitant backend processes to make our booking route even more helpful for our customers via desktop, mobile, tablet or app along the entire customer journey Real innovations: You use Generative AI to develop groundbreaking new features for our customers and at the same time optimize your daily work by consistently using AI-based tools (e.g. Figma, Lovable, ChatGPT) Managing Agile Projects: You take over project management from prioritization and conception to the management of IT teams to the implementation and testing of new features and improvements, thus ensuring a fast go-live Measure and ensure quality: You take care of manual testing and automation of tests for new features to ensure their perfect functionality for our customers. You continuously analyze tracking metrics, test A/B tests and guide specific action recommendations from the most important success metrics

Education: Over-average degree, ideally with economic/technical-mathematic background (BWL, Global Business Management, Media and Communication Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) Smart solution finding: Quick conception to penetrate complex relationships and hand-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions Analytical and strategic thinking: Analytical and structured as well as independent working to continuously improve our processes based on data and facts and to generate recommendations for action Digital Mindset: High IT and Internet affinity, great interest in e-commerce and digital trends. Technical understanding or willingness to work on technical topics to be able to argue with IT at eye level professionally Curiosity on AI/LLM tools: Secure handling of MS Office (in Excel) and Jira as well as curiosity and experience in using AI/LLM-based tools (e.g. Figma, Lovable, ChatGPT, Gemini, CursorAI) Feeling for UX / UI: Good eye for design and a good user experience to make our apps appealing and easy to understand Drive and Communication: Very good communicative skills and team skills to ensure quick and constructive coordination with a wide range of stakeholders in the dynamic environment and quickly achieve measurable results Language knowledge: German and English knowledge in word and writing
