Function as first contact person for tenants on site Regular monitoring of the order of the entire site and of the technical installations Execution of minor repair work of all kinds Detection of damages and defects as well as coordination of trade unions and tenants Maintenance of outdoor facilities, green cutting work and winter service Testing and reading of consumable/counter equipment in the object Accompanying acceptances and transfers with tenants and house management Monitoring and outputting key and documentation Car park management (adjustment and monitoring)

A completed training in a craft or technical profession First professional experience and practical knowledge are desirable Handicraft skills and commitment, motivation and reliability Knowledge of MS Office Good communication skills as well as good handling and a well-kept appearance are important to us driving licence class B
