Senior Construction Manager / Client Representative (f/d/m) Large-Scale Project Hydrogen

• This position is limited to 3 years for the duration of the CHC Huntorf project - About the project As part of the Clean Hydrogen Coastline (CHC), EWE GASSPEICHER GmbH implements the conversion of an existing salt cavern for the storage of hydrogen and the new construction of an associated surface plant. The plant includes, among other things, compressors, gas processing, measuring and regulating systems, energy supply and extensive infrastructure on an approx. 2.5 ha large construction field. The project volume is over €100 million and is currently in the implementation phase with ongoing construction work.

Your tasks: Building contractor: You represent the builder on the site and ensure quality, appointments, security and interfaces

Support & Review: You accompany the construction management organization and evaluate the work of superstructure management and specialist building managers

Interface control: You ensure the smooth interaction of planning, construction and commissioning

Risk Management: Risks, Deficiencies and Date Deviations

Coordination: You coordinate the interfaces between builders, project management, suppliers and construction site

Reporting & Acceptance: You first set up status reports and accompany partial and final acceptances from Bauherrensicht

That's what you bring: Qualification: You have a completed engineering degree or a comparable technical qualification

Project experience: You bring many years of experience in major industrial or plant engineering projects

Practical experience: Experience in the building management, construction management or the building contractor agency

Expertise: You know general planner, EPC and EPCM structures and master multi-sector coordination

Know-how: knowledge in contract, follow-up and interface management is ideally brought with you

Personality: Your personality is characterized by communication strength, enforcing, structure and a clear appearance

Management certificate: We need a current guidance certificate from you
