Control of service providers to optimize IT support Development of solutions for continuous service improvement Supporting the Service Desk and users in support requests Monitoring & Optimization of Service Level Agreements The development and further development of ITIL processes Monitoring of support tickets Creation & maintenance of service documentation The creation & maintenance of user manuals The processing of program change requests Development & implementation of satisfaction surveys

A Bachelor in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration or by comparable, detectable knowledge acquired in practice Finding professional experience desirable Planning and organisational talent as well as independent, structured and result-oriented working methods Communication skills with service orientation in personal and telephone contact Good knowledge of the application of MS Office products Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church
