Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) from now on and in full time preferred in Munich or Bonn, alternatively nationwide at one of our BWI locations. The 'Legal Labour Law' section advises, supports and represents BWI GmbH in all labour law and social law matters inward (in particular HR management and HR, but also executives, GBR/BR, compliance, data protection) and outside (courts, authorities, lawyers).

Designing and negotiating business agreements and collective regulations; responsible contact person for general business council issues Advising and supporting the HR leadership and the departments in all types of labour and social issues, as well as supporting the departments in implementing Design, testing and further development of labour law patterns, contracts, guidelines, instructions or processes Follow legal development, advice and schools of executives and personnel organisation independent representation of the company in extrajudicial and judicial disputes in the fields of labour/social law Legal interface to and cooperation with the departments Compliance, Privacy and EHS Working in cross-departmental projects

Successful degree in law (2nd State Exam) At least 10 years of professional experience in individual and collective labour law and in the Labour Law environment of a company or association, including responsible support for co-determination bodies Approval as a lawyer / Syndikus attorney Excellent communication skills, negotiating skills and joy in working in the network or in the team Engaged, structured and reliable operation Responsibility, solution orientation and loadability German language skills in word and writing
