Lawyer Real Estate Law (f/m/d)

As part of our Real Estate Legal team, you can support medium-sized and large companies, real estate investors, the public sector, industrial companies and the energy industry in their real estate and construction/plant construction projects. Our biggest challenges are emerging from digitization, globalization, energy efficiency, resource transition, high competitive pressure and increasing construction costs. Help us individually advise our clients on their transformation processes and develop tailor-made solutions together with your team. For our Legal Business Unit, we are looking for you as a lawyer real estate law (w/m/d).

Consulting - You work in an interdisciplinary team that covers all questions related to the property. Our consulting focuses on real estate transactions, restructuring and asset management. We also have a German-wide leading ESG practice. Client contact - Our clients are national and international funds, asset managers, banks, insurers, project developers, private equity companies and family offices. Project work - You support us in contract design and negotiations within the framework of our projects. You have the opportunity to continuously develop yourself through client contact and self-responsibility.

You have demonstrated your legal qualification by two above-average examina. As a lawyer:with first professional experience, you ideally have over 2-4 years of professional experience in real estate law as well as interest in private building law. Through your analytical thinking and communication skills, you can solve complex legal issues in practice. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
