Together we manage the skills of IT governance, risk & compliance, business continuity, IT service continuity and data protection. We define specifications, control and check their implementation and advise our product organization and management.

Tasks that keep you posted: In close cooperation with our product organization, you support the establishment of a regulatory framework and its continuous and appropriate further development. You advise our product organization and management in implementing regulatory requirements for IT and its continuous improvement. You will be prudent and develop internal rules based on external requirements (laws/ regulations/ treaties). You always have new or amended regulatory requirements in mind. Based on the strategic business goals, you define and operate an IT-Governance measurement and maturity model. You support all levels of IT compliance in their processes, products and projects. You define and operate integrated risk management in cooperation with the fields of information security, data protection and business continuity management. You develop the internal control system and support the product organization in the conversion to automated controls. You support the IT organization in internal and external audits/audits and control the implementation of possible measures.

Features that make you feel: You have successfully completed a study of (economic) informatics, economics or comparable training. You have experiences in the field of IT governance or IT compliance, ideally from work in complex IT organizations or an appropriate audit/consultation activity. You have a strong IT confession and knowledge of relevant standards and standards such as ISO38500, ISO37301, ITIL, COBIT, BSI, COSO, ISO31000, IDW RS FAIT 1-5, ISAE Standards You have experiences in creating and maintaining policies and concepts related to IT governance. Knowledge of important current legislation (including Kritis, NIS2, GDPR) with IT reference is advantageous. You have fun and interest in working in agile environments, supporting products and management and thinking new and address-oriented topics.
