You will advise customers in all tariff and service questions personally or by phone and sell tickets You accept service-related customer requests based on service, collect them administratively and tax them up to final processing Consumption and forwarding of requests for time cards (Abos) and travel declarations Receipt and administration of complaints and finds and requests also belongs to your area of responsibility You share tariff and timetable information You assist the local team in the preparation of (sales) statistics, as well as in software quality tests and various administrative tasks, e.g. organisation of internal service travel Locations are Augsburg, Günzburg and Donauwörth

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Knowledge of conflict resolution Structured and independent operation Very good language skills in German in word and writing and desirable English Willingness to change-shift service and work on weekends Impressed service orientation and time flexibility and willingness to participate in regular training Routine handling of MS Office applications
