Total responsibility for all food-&-beverage areas and their smooth running

Active cooperation in operational day-to-day business and support of the team as needed

Leadership, motivation, deployment planning and development of R&B staff

Ensuring and controlling quality, hygiene, HACCP and service standards

Organisation and implementation of events, buffets, catering and promotions

Responsibility for goods management, purchasing, storage, inventory and economic use of goods

Responsibility for budget, cost control, calculations and economic indicators

Further development of offers, workflows and service concepts

Advertising Management and Ensuring High Customer Satisfaction

Coordination of administrative tasks in the R&B sector, including service planning, working hours and reporting

Close cooperation with the management and other departments

Contact for guests, suppliers and business partners in the R&B sector

Passion for gastronomy, hospitality and warm service Multiannual experience in R&B, ideally in a leadership position Representative leadership skills and joy in the development of employees Organizational talent and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of key figures and costs High quality, guest and service orientation Communication strength, team spirit and a sovereign appearance Flexibility, resilience and sense of responsibility Own initiative, eagerness to decision and enforcement Creativity and the claim to continuously develop gastronomic processes and offers
