Senior Manager Global Master Data (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the conceptual structure and the professional leadership of the global Master Data Management (MDM) for the Eppendorf Group. You develop the MDM target image, data strategies and governance (operating models and global guidelines incl. roles, responsibilities and processes). You take over the professional management of decentralized master data teams. You define global data standards, taxonomys, data models and attribute catalogs in the SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and ensure their care. You are responsible for the data quality strategy and the improvement of master data quality and their harmonisation across the entire Eppendorf Group. You are involved in the support of all master data-related streams in the global SAP S/4HANA migration program. You set up a Global Data Council and run it independently. You ensure compliance and audit readiness according to ISO 13485 as well as IFRS and local GAAP. You are driving forward the development of a data-driven culture through communication, governance and enablement.

You have completed their studies in business, economic engineering, business informatics, computer science or a related field. You have several years of experience in data management and Master Data Management (MDM), a large part of it in the SAP environment (SAP ECC and S/4HANA). You bring experience in cooperation with international and cross-functional teams as well as projects in the regulated environment (e.g. according to ISO 13485). You have sound knowledge in SAP S/4HANA data models (MM, SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, BP), SAP MDG, BRFplus and Fiori workflows. You master modern data quality methods, methods such as matching/deduplication, and Golden Record and Reference Data Management. You communicate convincingly and securely at C level as well as at operational level and have excellent stakeholder management skills. You have a pronounced lateral leadership competence in the cross-functional environment. You communicate safely in German and English.
