HR Specialist (m/d) in full or part-time

Responsible care, administration and further development of the time recording system SP-Expert/Roster Customizing and Optimizing Working Time Models, Schedule Structures and Rules Ensuring data quality as well as regular time data collection (legal, tariff, operational) Analysis of system errors and interface support, in particular for billing of charges (P&I Loga) Creation of evaluations, reports and key figures Training and support for users (leaders and employees) Working with digitalization projects as well as system introductions and updates in the HR sector Support in personnel management (e.g. master data management, contracting) Participation in payment accounting in cooperation with the Payroll team Support for HR projects and process optimization

You have completed training or studies in commercial, personal or information technology You have experience in dealing with time management systems (ideally SP-Expert) or HR-IT systems (HRIS) Alternatively, you have an IT background with experience in the operation of complex application systems and interest in HR processes You have good knowledge in the law on working time and ideally in the law on health Basic knowledge of pay billing is advantageous You have the pleasure of teamwork, service orientation and a positive, empirical communication Analytical thinking and an independent, structured and careful way of working are of course for you Flexibility and resilience in labour-intensive situations require
