SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/w/d)

In a powerful team, you will work with the support, development and rollout of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite, in particular the Employee Central module for our group of companies. You work with the implementation and optimization of other modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals and Compensation & Benefits. You work closely with the specialist departments and with external consultants. You are responsible for the configuration of the systems and the integration of upstream and downstream systems into the cloud solution via the SAP Business Technology Platform. You accompany the human resources departments on your way to digitalization by introducing further solutions such as the electronic personnel file. You carry out and coordinate workshops and training for key users and specialist departments and contribute to integrative testing to ensure the quality and performance of our software solutions. You can also show communication strength in support for our HXM users and keyusers.

Multiannual experience in the implementation, configuration, customizing and support of SAP SuccessFactors, especially in the Employee Central module. Finding knowledge in other modules such as recruiting, onboarding, performance & goals and compensation & benefits are of advantage. Experience with data migration, integration and reporting within SAP SuccessFactors. Ideally, during your training or your studies, you have defined the focus of interest in the field of human resources management and know the human resources processes. High commitment, quality thinking and strong team skills. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
