Workshop organisation: Coordination of the work processes and operational planning of the workshop team Customer service: independent demand analyses on the vehicle and competent advice in all repair and service questions Repair & finding: performing complex car repairs and fault diagnosis Quality Management: Monitoring and Compliance of All Quality Standards and Manufacturer Requirements Efficient service processes: ensuring smooth and timely execution of all service orders

Qualification & Experience: Complete training as a motor vehicle mechatronic (m/w/d) as well as tested motor vehicle master (m/w/d), ideally with professional and leadership experience. Leadership competence: Motivational strength, decision-making and sense of responsibility Working method: Self-employed, precise and solution-oriented Customer & Service Orientation: Communication strength and safe occurrence in customer contact Driving licence: valid driving licence for passenger cars
