This is what we expect as a specialist Event Security & Executive Protection (m/w/d) Risk assessment & situation analysis: Conducting sound risk and hazard analyses and continuous assessment of the national safety situation Security Conception: Development and Processing of Security, Prevention and Protection Concepts including decision documents for top management Event Security: Planning and implementation of holistic safety concepts for events - strategic and operational Executive Protection and Counselling: Implementation of Occupational Safety Guides for Exponed Persons and Practical Support for Management and Fields in Threat and Threat Situations Crises and project management: cooperation in crisis and emergency levels and support in managing exceptional situations and conducting and implementing security projects with strategic relevance Cooperation & Interface Management: Close cooperation with internal security units and external partners (e.g. authorities, police, security service providers) Network work: building and maintaining a resilient network within the Alliance Association and with external security organisations

This is what you bring with you as a specialist Event Security & Executive Protection (m/w/d) Qualification: Complete studies in the field of security management, corporate security or comparable - alternative training/experience in police, military or security authorities Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the field of corporate security, anti-dangers or crime control as well as detectable expertise in personal and accompanying protection (Executive Protection) in conception and implementation Certifications: Weapons certificate according to §7 WaffG and completed first aid training and driver training Operation: Embossed strategic thinking and ability to evaluate complex threats, high self-initiative, resilience and structured, solution-oriented approach Personality: Sovereign appearance, high integrity, discretion and enforcement ability, very good communication skills in German and English at all hierarchical levels Digital Skills: Secure handling of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint) and interest in developing your knowledge in application of new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or Internal ChatGPT. Flexibility: High readiness for travel in the national and international environment
