Telephone support from consumers:inbound and outbound clarification of causes in the case of payment residues and development of individual solutions Negotiation of payment agreements and comparisons within the specified framework of competence Professional discussion through targeted and solution-oriented question techniques Documentation and processing of processes in the relevant systems Support for colleagues and active participation in the continuous improvement of our processes

Completed commercial training, training as lawyers and notaries: or comparable professional experience in the Communication Center

Experience in the Call Center environment with a focus on collection, retention or sales, or in telephone receivable management

Knowledge in the collection process and the pleasure of telephone communication

Impressed communication and negotiation strength as well as positive and convincing transmission on the phone

Empathy and fingertip feeling in dealing with consumers: in challenging situations

High self-motivation, flexibility and team capacity as well as the ability to make decisions independently
