They monitor and control the work packages to be executed in the project team with the help of software support and thus ensure the transparency of the project progress for the project management and the project team. They bear the operational responsibility for tasks of project management in the field of change, resource, risk and appointment management. They moderate workshops and take over their preparation and preparation. They develop decision-making templates for management and contribute to the communication and operationalisation of decisions. They develop the methods and processes of the PMO disciplines.

They have a degree, preferably in industrial engineering, infrastructure management or business management. You have several years of professional experience in project management and bring well-founded knowledge into the current project management methods and tools. They ideally have a project management certification according to IPMA. They are safe in handling the common office and SAP software systems. They are distinguished by their own initiative, their ability to enforce and their distinct presentation and moderation competence.
