As a retail area manager (gn) in the region of East (PLZ 01–16), you make a central contribution to our growth: You strengthen existing partnerships with our specialist dealers, develop them further and ensure that bike leasing remains visible and successful on site. You are a direct contact for our partner traders in the East region and support them in all matters related to Bikeleasing Through regular trader visits, you will strengthen existing partnerships and boost sustainable cooperation You build your sales area, support our retailers in growth strategies and show them how bike leasing is integrated into the business model profitably With excellent customer support and tailor-made solutions, you contribute to continuously optimizing retail performance and customer experiences You work closely with our Benefit Event Managers, plan and implement events, trade fairs and traders You keep track of successes and insights in the CRM system and contribute to the continuous optimization of our sales through the exchange with our sales service and the sales management

You have already gained professional experience in business customer sales and know how successful partnerships are built and maintained A commercial training is the foundation for your professional appearance You are an outgoing personality and expulsive, making it easy for you to go to people, because we put our specialist dealers at the center of our work Ideally, you already know the bicycle industry, or bring great interest in it, and develop on-site support with creative ideas You like to travel in the field and have the pleasure of traveling You plan your dates independently, keep your priorities in mind and convince our partners with excellent service and high-quality advice
