Ensuring and monitoring compliance with working, health, environmental and quality standards (HSEQ) at the construction site or in the project environment Planning, organisation and implementation of safety missions, quality controls, inspections and internal audits Analysis of hazards, quality deviations and project risks and introduction of appropriate prevention and improvement measures Preparation, coordination and monitoring of external audits Implementation of training, instruction and awareness-raising activities on safety, environmental and quality requirements Consultation and support of the project and assembly management as well as the after-contractors in all HSEQ-relevant questions Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, internal standards and customer-specific HSEQ requirements

Complete technical training, ideally with further education in the field of quality or safety management Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Secure handling of MS Office and, if necessary, HSQE management software Structured and independent operation Safe occurrence, enforcement and pronounced macher mentality Additional qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) or safety officer Secure knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English plus
