Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

Self-assembly, operation and monitoring of TND400, TNA400 and TNC65 TRAUB lathes for the production of high-quality parts. Self-propelled brushing, retraction and programming of existing and new parts as well as care of approximately three machines within the framework of multi-machine operation. Measuring, testing and monitoring the ongoing production as well as optimising and ensuring stable production processes and the required component quality.

Complete vocational training as a machining mechanic, ideally focusing on turning technology, as well as a pronounced technical understanding. Programming knowledge of TRAUB lathes with the controllers TX8H and TX8H-i-s as well as the ability to equip and drive machines independently. Safe handling of tools, testing and measuring equipment, as well as a high quality awareness and a careful, self-responsive operation.
