We are a modern and future-oriented service company in the health sector. Your department Our accounting department at the Freiburg site is a core department of KZV BW. We are assigned to the Competence Centre for Accounting and are responsible for the payment of the dental services for our members. Our team with 22 employees is looking for a sympathetic colleague (m/w/d) who supports us with joy and heart in billing dental services. The concept of service is at the top of our member service, because we are the first respondent to the practices when it comes to billing questions. In our team we work collegially and closely together.

Verification of monthly and quarterly entries of dentists' practices in terms of factual and theoretical correctness and plausibility using guidelines, BEMA numbers, BEL numbers and fixed grant findings Contact person (m/w/d) for the practices in billing questions via our service telephone Support and consultation of dentists and their representatives

You have successfully completed vocational training as a dental specialist (m/w/d) or dental administration assistant (m/w/d) and have basic accounting skills The MS Office programs Word and Excel are perfectly familiar to you You have a safe, friendly and competent appearance You are motivated and team-ready, work reliable and precise Team skills and flexibility You are prepared to acquire new ways of working and the facts continuously Your expression is good in word and writing
