Product Manager for Risk Products (f / m / d)

As a product manager in the field of risk products, you play a central role in the care and development of our products along the entire value chain, in the private labor and death protection. You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our biometric products and are the key contact personin for all topics related to the product You take care of existing products, secure their future through market-oriented modifications and take on professional responsibility in close cooperation with internal and external partners You develop new products and develop concepts and ideas The development processes of your products, which you enter together with the project manager, are especially important to you - after all, our customers should be able to rely on your products for a lifetime You analyze market trends, regulatory developments as well as feedback from customers and sales partners, and then take concrete steps to further develop You process complex enquiries from sales and customers and support our external services and external partners through well-founded training You actively contribute to our teamwork, share your knowledge and continuously develop yourself professionally and personally

In-depth product-specific expertise on life and pension insurance as well as biometric coverages such as risk life insurance, occupational inability and basic skills Completed commercial training in financial services or completed studies (high school, FH or university) Ideally 3-4 years of professional experience in the product management of an insurance or sales company or a bank Knowledge of analytical and conceptual methods for application to market and competition observation (fit in the application of tools from Franke+Bornberg etc.) Experience in the creation and personal presentation of presentations as well as knowledge about the implementation of specialist workshops First experience in product development, as well as knowledge in biometry (pAV) are a plus Ideally, you already have experience in project management You work independently, structured and bring a pronounced communication strength Customer and sales orientation are of course for you You like to take responsibility, think solution-oriented and stay in stressful situations Teamwork is not just a keyword for you - you bring yourself in, support others and share with the team for success Very good knowledge of English ( oral and written C1/C2)
