People & Services Generalist Payroll – Puttgarden (m/f/d)

We are currently in the process of establishing a new team in Puttgarden to operate our future retail business on ferry routes and in border shops as soon as the regulatory approval has been granted. In the position of the People & Services Generalist Payroll (m/w/d), you will be on site in Puttgarden and report to the Head of People & Culture. You will ensure a correct, timely and legally compliant pay bill for your area of responsibility. You are the central contact person for payroll and administration topics, coordinates external service providers and supports employees as well as managers in all billing issues. In particular, ensure the timely and correct hay and salary billing in cooperation with an external payroll service provider, check, evaluate and apply the billing Maintain HR data in HRIS systems and ensure the GDPR-compliant processing of personal data Support HR generalists in contract, document and certification management Contact person for employees, executives, authorities, health insurance companies and works councils on bill-relevant topics continuously optimize payroll processes and interfaces and support administrative HR and finance topics

Completed commercial training with further training in the area of wage and salary accounting or a comparable HR qualification Multiannual professional experience in pay billing, ideally also in hay bills Very good knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security, as well as the handling of collective agreements Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Hansalog) and a safe handling of MS Office Good English knowledge in word and writing Structured, independent and detailed operation with high service and solution orientation discretion, reliability and safe handling of sensitive and confidential data You don't meet all the requirements, do you think the place fits exactly with you?
