The strategic business unit ZEISS Photonics & Optics bundles strong consumer products and high-end technologies into seven highly specialized business units. Become part of Simulations Projections Solutions (SIM) and contribute as Key Account Manager (m/w/x) to the growth rate of the unit.

Your role You install in this position High Tech viewing systems for simulators

You carry out service and maintenance work on projectors and take over the diagnosis

You repair and set projection systems

You plan technical training for service technicians and also conduct these through

You convey product, service and maintenance knowledge within the framework of technical training

You ensure the technical support and qualification of service partners and technicians

You create and develop training documents and carry out practical training

You have successfully completed appropriate technical training

You have profound knowledge in video and projection technology and in mechanical work

It distinguishes a profound experience in maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair, knowledge of technical systems is advantageous

You have a strong technical understanding and a structured and solution-oriented way of working

You are flexible and have a high readiness to travel for national and international service operations as well as training

You have applied English knowledge in word and writing for communication with international customers and partners

You work independently, reliably and service-oriented

You are strong in communication and enjoy the communication of technical content

You are team-ready and are safe in appearance with customer contact
