Technical Account Manager – Software Solutions (m/f/d)

Our customer service team is responsible for the smooth operation of our software solutions in the municipal data centers. You are the first contact person for technical support requests and error messages, solve these independently, with teammates or in cooperation with our software development department, You work with the development of new software features by translating customer feedback into technical requirements, You accompany our customers in integration tests and the production of our semi-annual software updates and You create, maintain and expand the technical documentation of our software.

Ideally, you have a completed technical training or study in the IT field. We also welcome social scientists with a background of administrative technology, a pronounced IT affinity and interest in the digitization of public administration, You have well-founded, practical experience with network technologies as well as extensive knowledge in working with databases (Oracle, MS SQL). You are also familiar with Linux and Windows servers as well as JBoss EAP, You can interpret and validate XML and formulate simple database queries in SQL, Ideally, you will bring experiences with Linux, Docker and Kubernetes, helpful are knowledge of agile software development, Perhaps you already have basic knowledge of the administrative structure of the Federal Republic of Germany and the public service?
