As eCommerce Platform Manager (m/w/d), you continuously develop our shop platform from professional ecommerce perspective and consistently align it with customer benefit and business impact. The following exciting tasks await you:

Shop-Platform: You enter and continuously develop our shop platform from professional ecommerce perspective Shop Roadmap: You are responsible for the roadmap and prioritize further developments by customer use, business impact and effort Shop Experience: You optimierst Product Experience, Search, Navigation, Shopping, Checkout, Customer Account and Promotions New solutions: You identify appropriate functions, apps and tools, evaluate their benefits and accompany their introduction Collaboration: Together with Digital Retail, CRM and Performance Marketing, you develop and prioritize requirements and optimisation ideas Implementation: You coordinate further developments with IT, agencies and external partners and take new functions professionally Analysis and Networking: You are analysing Shop-KPIs, customer feedback and usage behavior, optimizing and developing the interaction with product data, CRM and newsletter, payment, logistics and customer service

You have completed a degree in eCommerce, Digital Business, Business Administration or Marketing, or bring a comparable qualification or relevant professional practice with You bring multi-year professional experience in eCommerce and care or further development of online shops with Your very good understanding of customer journey, conversion optimization, and the success factors of modern online shops are yours You know shop functions, apps and extensions and have ideally already worked with a modern SaaS shop platform You understand how shop, product data, CRM and newsletter, payment, logistics and customer service play together, and are sure to deal with relevant eCommerce KPIs Your analytical and structured way of working, your hands-on mentality and your customer and business focus will help you to clearly convey requirements and work with IT, agencies and external service providers
