Restaurant Supervisor (m/f/d)

You support the restaurant management and provide a first-class guest experience together with the team. You are hosts of passion and live service excellence in daily operation. You ensure smooth service and compliance with our quality and service standards. You serve and advise our guests professionally, attentively and individually. You support the incorporation, motivation and further development of employees. You respect the highest standards in terms of quality, hygiene and presentation. You cooperate with orders, warehouse controls and inventory. You introduce ideas for optimising service quality, efficiency and sales development. Together with your team, you create a positive atmosphere for guests and employees.

You have several years of professional experience in the upscale gastronomy, ideally with first leadership experience. You are hosts of passion and convince with expertise, service orientation and quality awareness. You lead your team with clarity, empathy and role model function. You work structured, keep an overview even in challenging situations and pay attention to details. You bring business understanding and responsible management of resources. You are flexible and ready to work even in the evening, on weekends and holidays. You have very good knowledge of German and English; further foreign languages are advantageous. A well-kept appearance and excellent handling shapes complete your profile. We would like to point out that an existing work permit and a residence permit or the nationality of an EU Member State are a prerequisite for employment with us.
