You analyze existing wage processes, identify automation and optimisation potentials and develop solutions for more efficient processes You accompany the introduction and further development of digital tools and wage applications You support and advise colleagues in the implementation of new procedures and act as a central contact person for digitalization issues You will examine existing workflows for automation and assist in their implementation in practice You remain professionally anchored in the issue of wages and make sure that procedures are implemented both efficiently and professionally correctly.

Experience in wage billing and a good understanding of existing processes Interest in digitalization and pleasure in questioning manual processes and making them more efficient by means of automated solutions First contact points with tools, process optimization or system introductions of advantage It is a pleasure to pass on knowledge and to accompany colleagues in matters of mutual understanding. Self-initiative, structured mode of work and solution-oriented thinking Communication strength and ability to disseminate complex topics
