As Head of Personnel (m/w/d) Personnel, you are responsible for the overall strategic and operational responsibility for the central area of Personnel as a modern service and competence center in the Landesverband Sachsen-Anhalt/Thüringen with its approximately 3,300 employees. Advising the state executive and the regional executives in all personal questions Development and implementation of modern personal strategies for the Landesverband Management and further development of the two departments of personnel management and payment accounting Design, control and continuous optimization of all HR processes (personal planning, acquisition, development and integration) Cooperation with the representative bodies in the Landesverband Design and negotiation of service agreements Support for labour law issues and integration into other legal issues Heading and participation of working groups/projects at the national level and federal level

Complete study of economics, administrative sciences or comparable qualifications (e.g. legal studies) Multiannual professional experience in human resources, ideally in management Outstanding leadership experience as well as the ability to successfully develop and manage teams Knowledge of modern personnel work and HR instruments Strategic thinking and high implementation strength Very good communication and consulting skills Representative social competence and negotiation skills High level of responsibility, loyalty and integrity Economic thinking and quality awareness Knowledge of labour law
