For our team we are looking for a reliable and motivated WEG administrator with personal responsibility (m/w/d) in full time.

Own-responsible commercial and organizational support of housing owners communities (WEG) Preparation, implementation and refurbishment of owner meetings Preparation of invitations, agendas and resolution templates Protocol management and implementation of decisions

Continuous communication with owners, advisers, service providers and authorities Testing, awarding and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures commissioning and control of external service providers (e.g. craftsmen, housekeepers, cleaning companies) Creation and monitoring of economic plans, reserves and household bills Auditing of invoices and cost control Processing of insurance cases (e.g. damage to buildings and liability) Monitoring of deadlines, contracts and legal requirements in accordance with WEG law Maintenance and management of property and owner data in the management system

Completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate sector or a comparable qualification Professional experience in real estate management (VEG and/or lease management) Structured, reliable and independent mode of operation – even if it becomes hectic Impressed communication skills as well as a service-oriented and friendly appearance Safe handling of MS Office Team skills and joy in working in a family, dynamic environment
