As Lead Consultant (w/m/d) are You are responsible for the following tasks:

• You are responsible for the Structure, Planning and Replacement of subject-specific requirements in the customer project within an associated specialist cluster.

• You tax a team from Functional Consultants and bring the **Encourage your professional know-how.

• The focus of your activities lies in the fachspecific process consulting, Conception and Responsibility of the content topics.

• You can support your team with Expertise in implementing complex requirements in your specialist cluster, as well as integrative questions.

• You are central contact for our customers, (partial) project leaders and solution architects.

• You ensure compliance with Quality Standards and customer requirements with the help of a monitoring.

• You have methodic and expert expertise in the planning and control of (partial) projects and proceed in a structured manner within the project.

• You have profound process and expert knowledge in common and functionally dependent SAP modules.

• Your comprehensive and interdisciplinary view** enables the development of integrative and sustainable customer solutions.

• You could ideally acquire Know-How in one of the following industries: Discret Industry / Mechanical Engineering / Chemistry / Pharma / Trade / Metal / Wood Furniture etc.

• Your Empathie and your good sense of leadership for your project team as well as secure communication with stakeholders in the project are yours.

• With your communicative type, you can convince in very good German and English language and with good presentation techniques.
