Project officers for exam development (m/f/d)

Together with experts from the economy, You develop several uniform IHK tests per half of the year in regular turnus. You ensure the quality of task creation and control the corresponding evaluation processes using test-didactic principles. You actively participate in the development of digital exam formats. You shall vote with the competent bodies and represent the company within the IHK organisation. You are a representative of the Chambers of Industry and Commerce in your area of responsibility.

You have a degree in higher education or a completed university degree. You have effective time, process and project management and are characterised by systematic and structured work. You have experience in the moderation of working groups. You bring a very high willingness to regularly travel within Germany to make appointments at the IHKs on site. You are team-ready, communication-strong and enjoy developing a professional network. Ideally, you have first experience in continuing vocational training. Digital tools and applications inspire you – you use them safely and purposefully.
