Tasks with perspectives You develop new service elements for our service portfolio and optimise existing solutions. You independently coordinate requirements of higher complexity, including collaboration with several departments and departments, and start sound cost calculations. You are able to develop solutions for complex changes in productive environments and control service design processes. You have well-founded knowledge of ITIL V4 (ideally as a specialist) and have experience in handling service portfolios. You think entrepreneurial, conceptual and solution-oriented and want to further develop your skills through training and on-the-job measures. You are a communicative*r team player who can inspire others and can take a leading role in customer projects and service design appointments.
