Senior Controller, Investment Controlling (m/f/d)

You will create reports, analyses and key figures for Afileon as well as related firms – regularly and also ad hoc on request from the management. You develop budgets, forecasts and deviation analyses in close cooperation with the controlling management and the companies. You take the liquidity planning, including the supervision of financial and liquidity plans. The implementation of target-actual comparisons is one of your tasks, such as trend analyses and intercompany comparisons. KPIs and management reports created by you give an overview of our financial performance. You opt for business processes and support the introduction of modern controlling tools. Throughout the department, you advise on financial issues and thus provide the management with the basis for strategic decisions.

You have successfully completed your studies in business, finance or a comparable field. You have multi-year and profound controlling experience in the financial sector or in the tax or legal consulting environment. You feel safe in cost and performance accounting as well as financial management. With MS Office (especially Excel) and controlling software (e.g. Insights), you have a safe handling. DATEV identifiers are advantageous. Your analytical skills help you interpret complex financial data and derive clear recommendations for action. Thanks to your communication strength in German and English, you can also explain complex facts intelligibly. You work extremely independently, structured and with a high degree of discretion.
