Your tasks with us: Entertainment, optimization and further development of the technical facilities (heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities) at the properties of the district of Konstanz. Support for larger repair measures and new building projects over all phases of the HOAI. Support and control of larger construction projects in cooperation with external specialist planning offices from Bauherrenperspektive. Coordination of all project participants and ensuring qualities, costs and appointments Own-responsible planning, allocation and construction of small and medium-sized HLS construction measures. Technical participation in the development of technical standards and optimization of the TGA with regard to the Kima protection targets of the county. Contribution to sustainable and economic building management.

Take this with you: Qualification: Higher Education / Higher Education (Dipl.-Ing. / Bachelor) as an engineer for utilities / HLS.

Alternatively, a completed training as a master or technician with long-term professional experience.

Knowledge & experience: Relevant professional experience in all phases of performance. Knowledge in procurement law according to VOB and in construction cost management and controlling. Very good German knowledge (at least level C1).

Flexibility & mobility: flexibility in working hours, even in evenings and weekends. Driving license class B.

Personal competencies: Your strengths include communication skills, initiative and a solution-oriented way of working.
