About us

In the m&i-Fachklinik Ichenhausen we treat patients in the areas of neurology/neuropsychology, orthopaedics/infall surgery, internal medicine/rheumatology, geriatrics and an interdisciplinary sleep laboratory.

Neurology is divided into the areas of early neurological rehabilitation (phase B), further neurorehabilitation (phase C) and neurological treatment (phase D). In phase B, we also offer our patients a safe environment on our protected neurocognitive station where we prepare them to return to everyday life. In addition, the clinic offers ventilation sites and a weaning therapy.

In our Department of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology we offer targeted, individually oriented treatment, diagnostics and therapy in acute or acutely impaired chronic internalist and rheumatological diseases, as far as they need stationary treatment.

The M&i-Klinikgruppe Enzensberg is a privately run company and operates eight specialist clinics in Germany for specialized acute medicine and medical rehabilitation. Our goal is to promote health and create quality of life - true to our motto: discover new forces with us.

Internalist co-responsibility for early neurological rehabilitation (phase B) with connected weaning unit Conducting internalistic consile including apparatus diagnostics:

transthoracal echocardiography (TTE) transösophageal echocardiography (TEE) bronchoscopy Sonography (Abdomen, Thorax, Vessels) cardiological basis and extended spectrum (including rhythm diagnosis, stress and ischemia diagnosis, heart failure management)

Radiological findings of internal questions:

X-ray thorax, abdomen and skeleton CT thorax and abdomen (base findings)

Supporting complex neurological patients:inside with internalist accompanying diseases Participation in interdisciplinary visits (neurology, intensive care, therapy, care) Control and supervision of the Weaning process in close cooperation with anaesthesia, neurology, breathing therapy and care Instruction and supervision of the Assistant physician:inside Ensuring documentation and quality requirements according to MD criteria Representation of the specialist clinic and active participation of medical and organizational developments of the department

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in respiration reconciliation (weaning) and in the treatment of critically ill patients: Very good knowledge of echocardiography (TTE/TEE), bronchoscopy and sonography Funded advanced cardiological knowledge, in particular:

Rhythmology (including EKG interpretation of complex arrhythmias) heart failure and ischemia diagnosis Interpretation of cardiological laboratory parameters Assessment of structural heart disease

Safe evaluation of X-ray and CT examinations (thorax, abdomen, skeleton) Joy in working in an interdisciplinary setting with a neurological focus Willingness to work into the peculiarities of early neurological rehabilitation Team-oriented, structured and responsible operation Communication strength, keenness of decision and interest in further development of clinical processes
