The Koblenz Directorate is looking for management tasks at the Trier Workplace at the earliest possible time: Senior Consultant (m/d) (Entgeltgruppe 9c TVöD Bund/Besoldungsgruppe A 9g BBesG, ID: KOVA1209, Stellen‐ID 1425084) The setting is terminated. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. In the administrative department, we carry out a wide range of interests of the federal government and the BImA in different legal areas, fulfil obligations under international law by the Federal Republic of Germany and take care of the consequences of German reunification. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). On behalf of the Bundeswehr, the BImA is responsible for the legal guarantee of the interconnection system, which supplies large military tanks and airfields with fuel throughout Germany. A team at Trier's headquarters in Koblenz is centrally responsible for the entire federal territory. The tasks range from the negotiations with the property owners to funeral contracts, to the actual safeguarding of the management rights until the complete re-establishment of military use.

Its area of responsibility essentially includes the procurement, management and reprocessing of oil pipeline rights for NATO pipelines. This includes, in particular, the implementation of basic employment measures or the conclusion of funeral agreements and administrative arrangements, the monitoring of violations of obligations and prohibitions arising from the funeral contracts/ administrative arrangements, the participation in the change of course procedures and the implementation of construction and rehabilitation measures, as well as the verification of the conditions for granting cancellation authorisations and Pfandfreigabe on request – here you will be assisted by a Geoinformation System (AED-SICAD LM) based on request.

Qualification: Working hours Graduate in higher education (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor) in the fields of administrative sciences/legal sciences/economics, business economist, Bachelor of Laws, Diplom-Jurist(in) (1st State Examen), another degree of study relevant to the field of responsibility at the appropriate level or comparable qualification, such as a specialist.
