As Head of Risk (m/w/d), your team ensures monitoring and effective control of price risks in international commodity trading. Ensuring and further developing the calculation and reporting of relevant price risks in the international commodity business Management of derivative risk positions within defined risk mandates in close coordination with the front office Compliance with relevant internal and external reporting requirements (e.g. EMIR) Leadership and development of a team with five RTDs; as well as professional management of two decentralised risk controllers abroad Active trading partner for hedging instruments, trading strategies, products and portfolio development Support and support of the business in the implementation of new business and strategies, including coordination with the central financial department of TK AG and external brokers and banks Identification and use of potential improvement by using digital tools (power-bi, artificial intelligence, etc.)
