You run projects for the continuous development of new, innovative products and features for extensive product portfolios, as part of our project management team and understand management as a team task You actively participate in the definition of our product portfolio, always have the customer benefits in mind and work closely with the portfolio management in product management Together with the project management and all relevant stakeholders, the projects and releases drive to success and actively manage the triangle from Scope - Timeline - Costs You work closely with the agile development teams in the business sector as well as with all relevant internal and external stakeholders You are co-responsible for the design of the program and project management processes, and you are also actively working on the further development of our organization. You live continuous improvement, design and support creative and pragmatic solutions

You have a degree in engineering, physics or chemistry or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in the development and project management for the development of series products, yet you have already successfully launched products You have experience in working with agile development teams as well as hybrid models Ideally, you will also have experience with the LifeCycle Management or in the continuous development of products You have good English skills Your strong quality awareness and your analytical approach are your You convince by your empathic personality and your sovereign appearance Your strong communication and team skills completes your profile
