As a Global Expert International Litigation, you are responsible for the largely independent legal support of international disputes and liability cases of TÜV Rheinland AG Group and its international subsidiaries. Their international focus is on France and the French-speaking environment. They structure the process of reconnaissance of dispute-relevant facts in cooperation with the internal stakeholders of the contested companies of the TÜV Rheinland AG Group, clarify facts and documentation situations. Where relevant, they control the integration of external legal advisers, starting with the identification of suitable actors, the definition of mandates and the allocation of mandates, the coordination of strategic priorities of the mandate, the implementation and management of success. You act together with a team of professionals to coordinate and implement the standards of mandate management. In addition, you will introduce supportive processes, tools and workflows and develop appropriate communication and training measures for legal risk management.

You have successfully completed a law-scientific study, with as much as possible an additional qualification acquired abroad. Alternatively, you have professional experience acquired abroad or with direct international reference. They have already gained first professional experience in an international company, an audit or legal firm or an advisory company (PQE> 5 years). You are familiar with the independent handling of complex international disputes. As part of their academic training and/or professional career, you have dealt with formats of judicial and extrajudicial dispute settlement. They have experience in dealing with insurance cover issues accompanied by legal defence. They enjoy a responsible activity in an international environment and bring safe ways of handling, as well as pleasure in working in the team.
