Support and further development of our group's intranet as a central, digi­tal communication, information and collaboration platform Technical optimization of our plating form by using digi­tal and AI-based solutions (e.g. auto­matized content creation, monitoring, search function) Content and news management (creation, care and updating) in cooperation with an interdisciplinar team Monitoring and analysis by implementing and evaluating usage statistics and deriving improvements Takeover of communication projects

Completed studies in the field of journalism, communication, media, economic or social sciences or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in digital communication with a focus on intranet management, preferably in an international group or agency environment IT affinity and sense for digital trends Deep knowledge of content management systems, digital plating forms and AI-based solutions Experience in the financial and/or insurance sectors is helpful Team player, hand-on mentality and agile mindset Very good knowledge of English in word and writing as well as a sovereign change with the German language No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
