Team Leader Driving Operations (m/f/d)

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our operating operations run smoothly and report directly to the lifting management. You drive forward topics such as employee development and team building within your team and take over the professional leadership of your driver. As an ambassador to our MOIA values, you are the first partner for the driver. You are committed to the needs of your employees and the economic interests of the company. Your team's employee satisfaction is your top priority. You work in shiftwork (spring, late and night shifts), as well as on weekends. You can get yourself into individual special projects if necessary and redesign things.

You have no experience in our industry yet? That's not a problem! With us, you can also start as a cross-starter*in. You are owned by the valid EU licence of Class B. You burn for topics such as mobility change and promotion and have fun working on the team.
