Internship (m/w/d) - Global Sales Job ID 77900 | Location Crailsheim | From now on 4-6 months As an intern in the Global Sales Team, you support our international sales team in strategic and operational tasks. Your focus is on the structuring and professionalization of our global sales documents and the organizational support of central sales formats. Your tasks You help create and unify a global sales deck and introduce best practice approaches from different regions. Existing content from different formats (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PDF) are prepared, clearly structured and professionally designed by you. You analyze and improve the team's SharePoint structure, develop an optimized layout and structure concept, convert it into a test environment and accompany the introduction to the live system. In the development of a uniform storage logic for sales documents, you participate and support the organization of content in MS Teams, SharePoint and Salesforce to create worldwide accessible and transparent documents. You prepare the Global Sales Meeting (autumn 2026) with organizational and content, first set up presentations, ideas and background materials and support in the performance of the event. Your profile You study economic engineering, business management, international business, marketing, mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline. You have a strong interest in international B2B sales and in industrial market environments. With MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, you are going to be very safe. Your work is structured, carefully and independent. You bring a high affinity to digital tools, collaboration platforms and document management. Analytical thinking skills and the ability to process complex content in a comprehensible way characterize you. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
