Central enabler role in the strategically significant transformation of the e-recruiting market of the last 10 years – focusing on Commercial Impact, Scaling and GTM excellence Development of data-based decision bases, business cases and market scenarios to validate new products, services, processes and go-to-market models Translation of the corporate strategy into concrete, market and scaling-oriented programs (People, Processes, Product, Tech) Construction and implementation of scalable structures: operating models, KPIs, governance mechanisms, GTM playbooks, roll-out systems Cross-functional project management with Tech, Data, Product, Sales, Marketing and People stakeholders – with focus on business outcomes Direct austerity with the decision-making level on growth, commercialization, organization and technology issues

Above-average academic background in e.g. BWL, computer science, psychology, VWL, engineering or related fields Experience in top management consulting, strategy, M&A, venture building, growth/scaling or strategic roles of a tech company Deep understanding of organization, business models, GTM mechanics and the role of technology (AI, automation, data, sales, customer success) Ability to structure complexity, to quickly identify relationships and to set effective priorities Entrepreneurial energy, strong communication skills, analytical sharpness.
