In the CJD Kindertagesstätte Suhlendorf we accompany children from two years to the school entrance in two crib groups, three kindergarten groups as well as a hort group with 20 seats. This creates a lively learning and playground where each child is individually encouraged.

Our concept is based on the Lower Saxony orientation plan for education and education. We want to strengthen children to self-responsible, community-capable personalities. In generously designed rooms they experience a loving and safe environment in which trust, security and joy in learning can grow.

Our work focuses on early childhood promotion, outdoor movement, homework assistance as well as creative projects and festivals. Together with parents, schools and other partners, we create a varied everyday life that strengthens children and supports families. Your New Task

✓ Educational support and promotion of children in the crib or kindergarten area ✓ Working in group services and projects ✓ Designing creative, musical and movement-oriented offers ✓ Homework assistance and leisure design in the hort ✓ Partnership with parents and schools ✓ Cooperation with specialists ✓ Active participation of the pedagogical concept

Your profile

✓ Completed training as a state-recognized educator (w/m/d) or comparable qualification ✓ Ideal professional experience in pedagogical work ✓ Joy in working with children from 2 years to primary school age ✓ Educational attitude shaped by appreciation and dialogue ✓ Creativity and ideas for play, movement and learning ✓ Team skills and openness for collaboration with parents and partners ✓ Experience in nativity, kindergarten or hort desirable ✓ readiness to actively contribute to the further development of the facility ✓ The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
